Diplomatic initiatives will be dead in the water

Following the deadline of March 6 that threatens Iran with UN Security Council referral, we should see a new circumstance made obvious. The stepping up of the game using the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty as a political football in the UN Security Council is clearly designed to put Iran into a new and more powerful nutcracker, but players, regardless as to whether they were willing or unwilling, may find themselves and the issue in a new position that some may regret.
