Anne Heche splits from husband

Anne Heche has left her husband.
According to American sources, Heche is no longer with her husband of five years, James Tupper.

The actress and James, who is a cameraman, got married in 2001. The Return to Paradise star was previously in a relationship with US TV host Ellen DeGeneres.

Lisa Kasteler, a representative for the actress, refuses to comment on her client's private life. A spokesperson for Tupper has confirmed that the couple split in November.

Heche, 37, is now starring in the television series Men in Trees, which is filmed in Vancouver.
